We currently deliver to the UK.
All UK deliveries will be shipped next working day and will be with you in 2-3 working days.
We deliver to Ireland. We do not deliver to any other European country at present.
You have the right to reject your goods, and return your order to us to obtain a full refund at any time until the expiry of the 7th working day after the date of delivery, by notifying us by e-mail. Please note, the goods must be unused and in their original condition to receive a full refund.
If we deliver your order and the item is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing details or the parcel hasn’t been collected, we can re-send the order but the customer will have to cover the cost of the second delivery.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.
We offer a full refund on any unopened item up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. To receive a refund please email email@example.com quoting your order number in all correspondence.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.
