We currently deliver to the UK.
All UK deliveries will be shipped next working day and will be with you in 2-3 working days.
We deliver to Ireland. We do not deliver to any other European country at present.
If you are not happy with any aspect of your order please email email@example.com and one of the team will be happy to assist you.
If we deliver your order and the item is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing details or the parcel hasn’t been collected, we can re-send the order but the customer will have to cover the cost of the second delivery.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.
We offer a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer’s receipt of goods. Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
To receive a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number in all correspondence.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at email@example.com. In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.
