Very easy to order and not long to wait. Seem as if expensive but when you see what’s in there you realise the reason. Health worth paying for I know as I have spine fractures and need the minerals in this breakfast not in 90% if others
Very large oats which I hadn’t realised so you need to either hob cook or soak overnight before microwave or make overnight oats with yoghurt etc. but, very large bag and I ordered 3 so I’ve given 1 to a friend to try. Very tasty and have the magnesium I need which others do not. I shall buy again when I get down the two bags.
My go to for a few years now and nothing else compares. I think it’s also great value 🙏
